Charlotte Floyd - Love is a Teacher Assistant at Premier High School of Waco. She retired from Waco ISD in 2010 after serving 37 years. Mrs. Floyd-Love has been married to her husband for the past 29 years. He is a retired administrator having served 47 years with Waco ISD. She has two boys, three grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
Mrs. Floyd - Love stayed in retirement for two years and joined the Premier High School of Waco's family in 2012 as a Teacher Assistant. She works in the Credit Recovery classroom and finds it very rewarding. She not only works with the students to help them graduate, but she also tries to help them get ready for the real world. She tries to be a positive role model for the students. Some examples of what the students have to say about her every day include:
